CHIEF v5.0 is a facility-friendly and highly customizable client / server CMMS which has the ability to cover a broad range of the maintenance domain and includes a real time executive summary with a multiple-search capable reporting system.

  • Work Management: Manage work requirements for labor and material usage, assign and track work, make order changes, monitor work in progress, and close all projects easily and efficiently.
  • Material Management: Track inventory and supplies on hand. CHIEF ensures effective and accurate inventory management without compromising ease of use.
  • Equipment Management: Plan and schedule Preventative Maintenance, create equipment systems, and assign accounting codes and locations. Track all capital equipment and evaluate lifecycle usage.
  • Reporting: View executive summaries or create custom reports to show operational costs, track unreliable equipment, review labor force usage, and more. Our custom report writer allows you to modify and report or create new ones.
  • Time and Materials: Track daily time sheets and materials charge lists with automatic posting of time and materials; charges are updated to QCalls and Work Orders.
  • System Administration: System administration is the core of any CMMS. This module consists of security, code setup, archiving, and database administration. Easily setup and administer database codes and configurations, configure group database security restricting access to sensitive data, and route Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance to the appropriate members of your labor force automatically.
