Scott Lisec, President of Operations
As President of Operations, Scott Lisec is responsible for pioneering a revolutionary project aimed at helping hospitals maintain compliance with strict new guidelines while cutting lost revenue through improved monitoring, testing and repair of medical gas equipment and facilities. Scott joins CHT from Praxair Healthcare Services, where he held the positions of Service Manager, Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager and Construction Manager throughout his tenure. In each position, he was recognized and subsequently promoted based on stellar performance and his implementation of new programs based on his extensive industry knowledge and experience.
Scott holds a BS in Urban Health Care Systems from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Roger Miller, President of Sales
Roger Miller has responsibility for Worldwide Sales of CHT ’s Healthcare Division and has more than 15 years of sales experience serving the specialized needs of healthcare providers in the medical gas field. Mr. Miller has held a series of Senior Management positions having served as Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Construction Manager for Praxair Healthcare Services.
Roger is a graduate of East Carolina University and holds Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology.
A California native, Clay LeBeouf has had a long and prestigious career in leading technology and information services. After a four year tour with the United States Air Force as a Crypographic Equipment Technician, Clay began working with NASA as a Space Shuttle Technician. Working with NASA's shuttle program at both the Vanderberg Launch Facility in California and the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Clay received numerous awards for excellence and safety during his sixteen year career.
Clay's technical and programming experience goes back to the early 1980's, when he began working on the develompent of several notable technological advancements. One such innovation was a comprehensive inter-facility scheduling and management program for launch pads A and B at the Kennedy Space Center, which is still in use today.
Clay's educational background includes a BSIT (cum laude) and an MSIT (Magna cum Laude) from Barry University.
Nicholas Meola has 34 years of expertise in software technology, including software development and technical analysis. He is considered one the leading pioneers in the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) industry having authored ‘The Chief’ in the early 80’s, which later was re-named ‘Maximo Advantage’. This program was a resounding success as it went on to be used by over 3000 users. In 2002 Nick began to design and develop a CMMS program named CHIEF™ using Microsoft VB6 that runs on multiple platforms including Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer and Microsoft Access. Today, CHIEF is used by many private and public entities including major hospitals, hotels and property management companies across the U.S.A.
Nick attended Emory University where he excelled in Chemistry and also Nova University where he received his advanced courses in computers. Prominent among his many successes was the establishment of the largest toxicology laboratory in the United States, Precision Analytical Laboratory Inc., where he was Founder and President from 1963-1981. There he designed a custom system for computerization of the company’s technical functions
Nathan Carrick, Director of Marketing
Nathan Carrick is responsible for CHT's nationwide marketing efforts including digital, print, and video, and works closely with Sales to coordinate efforts. Mr. Carrick has 8 years of experience in marketing, and has held a series of Senior Management positions having served as Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, and Director of Training for previous opportunities.
Nathan is a graduate of Berea College where he earned his BS in Business Administration as well as the Universities of Kentucky and Manchester, England, where he received his Master's in Business and International Relations.
