CHT has undergone an intense period of growth and development over the past twelve months. Sales, operations, offerings, locations, and customers have all seen significant growth. While CHT has relied on both conventional and modern means for talent searching, the company is finally unveiling a job posting site to which applicants can be directed.

Currently the 'Careers' portion of the CHT website lists all available open positions with links to their respective detail pages. As an added feature, a side bar on the main Careers page lists potential upcoming positions, so that if a potential candidate doesn't see an immediate opening in his/her field, that prospective candidate might see that a position is coming up soon and submit an application.

At the time of this news article, only three positions have been made public, however new positions in several locations have been discussed and are in the works.

Additionally, several large contracts are in the midst of negotiations, and the procurement of any one of these contracts would mean more jobs and more ways for CHT to serve the various industries in which it participates. Some insiders have hinted that the staff could grow by anywhere from 11 to 40 people in the next 9 months depending on which contracts are finalized.
